Table for Two is a 4-minute 3D animated short film that highlights expressive character animation and dynamic action sequences, bringing emotion and excitement to the screen.
Victor, a man who wants to propose to his girlfriend, Scarlett, during their date tonight. But things don’t go as planned. Men in black, disguised as waiters at the restaurant, try to ruin the date in many ways. So Victor must fight them off to make this night perfect.
Design Process
Table for Two is inspired by our passion for 3D animation. As 3D animators, we aim to create thrilling action scenes and heartfelt romantic moments, all wrapped in a story full of surprises and fun for the audience. The restaurant setting provides a compact space, making it easier to animate and control the lighting. We're aiming for a romantic, dimly lit atmosphere that evokes the feeling of a candlelit dinner. The primary color palette features rich reds and elegant golds, enhancing the luxurious mood and cozy ambiance.
He’s ready to propose during a perfect dinner, but bizarre waiters turn the night upside down. Can he still win her heart or lose it all?
